Orders must be placed using this website.

Selecting Your Items

To see an estimated delivery time for an item, just add it to the shopping basket and select a shipping service. Don't worry - this doesn't commit you to buying the item.

Some items must be ordered from one of our suppliers. Unfortunately we cannot give a more accurate time for delivery of these items because international shipping and customs clearance times are unpredictable.

The stock levels shown on this website are taken directly from our stock database and are always up to date.

Customising Your Items

Our embroidered products are all made to order and can be personalised with text of your choice - for example, your name. Unless you specify that you would like the name added in a particular colour, our designers will select the most suitable combination of colours to go with the design and the background colour of the item. You will be sent a copy of the final design of your chosen product for you to approve before it is manufactured. This is your final opportunity to change your mind - when you have approved the design you can not cancel your order or return the item. Once an item has been embroidered with your name, you can not return the item unless it is defective.


When placing your order you will be asked to give a billing address and a delivery address. The address you specify for delivery can be different to your billing address, but please provide an address where somebody will be present to sign for the parcel when it is delivered.

The final shipping charge for your order will be displayed once you have selected your delivery country and shipping service. Please be sure to check your total price before continuing.

If your order is urgent, please select express shipping during the checkout process, this is the only time-guaranteed shipping service we offer.

When completing your details, please ensure that you type your full name in the 'name' box and that you include your house number in your address.

Payment can be made using either a debit or credit card through our payment processor, Sage Pay.


Please ensure that you provide an email address to which you have regular access. If there is a problem with your order, this is how we will contact you. If you have ordered a customised item, your proof will be emailed to the address you supply and your order will not be processed until we have received approval from you.

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive any such email, please get in touch with us.

To reduce the chance of our emails being trapped by your spam filter, please add our email address, to your address book.

SMS Text Notifications

If you supply a UK mobile telephone number during the checkout process, you can opt to receive updates about the status of your order by text message.
